"For starters, I arrived at 1900, which is my fault. However, my room was left with the window curtains wide open with NO AC on. It took from 1900 to almost midnight for the room to cool below 80°, in order for me to sleep relatively comfortable. Secondly, the toilet seat was TOTALLY disconnected from the tank. "The front office staff was very helpful in getting my room for me when the reservation could not be found. My only request would be to leave the sign lit a little while longer. I was late checking in (close to midnight) and not being familiar with the area, I could not see the place until I was right up on it."
